Catch-22

Description

This should also probably go in scraps as it's just an idea I'm developing. Experiment 22, dubbed Catch-22 by the scientists as a joke, is called Catch for short. Catch is a dingo, but like most dingoes today, has some domestic dog mixed into his lineage. Dingoes lack dew claws and are highly intelligent (domestic animals are dumbed down to make them docile), and have always ranked high on my list-o-favorite-animals. They're also a sweet color, well, the golden ones at least. They can come in a darker reddish color, black, and "cream". Dingoes have a very bad reputation. Like wolves, those who raise livestock blame dingoes for dead animals. Also akin to wolves, dingoes are animals of instinct and will frighten easily. Dingoes have, or at least had, a reputation for carrying off and killing babies. Heh, wish one of them would come and silence that one baby that is always screeching its head off in the restaurant. ;P Anywho, this is a very rough concept and everything is subject to change. Just getting the basic idea down before I forget it. As always critique is encouraged. I'm getting so freaking frustrated with my art. I only have time to churn out these quick sketches and then it's off to write a paper comparing Herder and Rousseau, or in today's case, off to study for a Genetics exam tomorrow. I'd kill for some solid chunks of time to expiriment with art. I'm tired of 10 minute sketches of crappyness. So yes, while I'm stuck in college, critique is probably the best help you can give me so I can hopefully improve somewhat and try to avoid total artistic stagnation.

This is, of course, roughly inspired or at least sparked by a favored novel of mine, Catch-22. I recommend you read it.

This caught my attention because an episode of Lost was called Catch-22, referenced of course from the book :D
Very nice dingo, great to see a different wild dog being used rather than a wolf or dog ^^; and your story sounds great!
