did a wonderful contest entry for the Mascot Contest, and it took first prize. She asked me to draw her character, Greykitty, as a wolf, and her friend's character, Speeddog, eating pizza together. For her last prize, she also asked for a friend's character to be drawn. Very sweet of her!

Sorry for the delay Grey, I hope you two like this. I figured if wolves were to eat pizza, it would be topped with elk bits. Speeddog seems like he'd be the alpha wolf too (what with those deadly metal fangs!), so looks like Greykitty has to sneak in a bite. My boyfriend thought I was drawing a picture of our dog, as she makes that same face. XD

I was tempted to post the pencils for this, because the ink version got kind of...distorted. Partly because I couldn't find my fine inking pens and had to use a fat one, and partly because my cat insisted upon clawing her way into my lap repeatedly while I was inking. But, when colors were added, Greykitty ended up looking very Bluth, the elk very Disney, and Speeddog like Balto. Not so with the pencils.
