Oh man! Have you ever tried to draw a character that you just can NOT get to come out in your style? Me either...until now. I've been at this character for months now. XD This is probably the 50th version, and I'm still rather unhappy with it. I feel like I just can't get the colors to work with how I draw. So, here is the ink version: [link]

Well, this is one of :icongreykitty:'s prizes for her beautiful entry for the Mascot Contest. Her lovely art took first place.
Greykitty most generously donated one of her prizes to her friend :iconriver-grace:. She asked me to draw River's character, Xylene. You can see the lovely model sheet for Xylene here: [link]
You can also see how I didn't manage to capture her lovely character very well.

I think the image turned out lovely actually, I'm sure Grey and her friend will be utterly thrilled!

I don´t know I feel pretty fine about it. It´s interesting how you handled her hair - Kind of confused concept for it all but it goes just so well with all the fluffyness he´s go. If my opinion means anything I call this picture flawless!
